Job Overview As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning these interactions into leads for our dealer clients. Your primary goal will be to represent our clients favorably online, ensuring that their website traffic is converted into revenue-generating opportunities. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 11am-7:30pm EDT. Upon completion of the training, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns. Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers are connected with our dealer clients in a timely and efficient manner. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that all interactions are summarized and documented accurately. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not necessarily a requirement. Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies. A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being helpful in this regard. A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in online chat operations or customer service. Familiarity with the automotive industry, including sales, service, and finance. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must: Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Live within the state of Florida, with a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 11am-7:30pm EDT. Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
