Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our client-facing team in a call center environment. As a single point of contact, you will respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Key Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues Develop technical acumen to effectively address client technical support issues Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Demonstrate problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Prior call center experience, with a strong client-facing orientation Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred) Capability to develop technical acumen Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Ability to work from home Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
