About the Role: Customer Service Consultant In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for responding to sales leads and customer inquiries, providing support during every step of the car buying journey. You will connect with inbound customers online and over the phone, using your knowledge of our inventory to guide them towards vehicles that meet their needs. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing, providing an unrivaled customer service experience that sets us apart from the competition. Key Responsibilities: Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs Guide customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an iconic customer experience Mentor others as your skillset expands, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team Achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience Acquire the necessary licenses and certifications, such as the Automotive Sales Persons License, as required by specific states Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail environment. You should thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with good listening skills and a strong customer focus. You will need to be highly self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve performance goals and a willingness to learn and master new technologies.
