In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently * Providing information about products and services to customers * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues * Meeting performance targets and contributing to overall team goals **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher * Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less * Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field * Experience in a call center environment * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software * Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams * Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
