Provide menu recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our menu items and ingredients. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining open communication and a positive working relationship. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating attention to detail and a high level of integrity. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
