Join us and be part of a dynamic and growing organization where your contributions truly matter. ### Job Summary * **Job Type:** Full-Time * **Salary:** $18 – $22 per hour * **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week * **Location:** Winston-Salem, North Carolina * **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Training, Paid Vacations, 401(k) Plan ### Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary * Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment * Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies * Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences ### Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management * Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM systems * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business ### Preferred Qualifications * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field * Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences * Experience with e-commerce platforms, including order management, inventory management, and shipping and logistics * Knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) ### Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
