You'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they're equipped to handle complex patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive reputation for arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Leading a team of Customer Service Representatives**: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that your team is equipped to handle complex patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. * **Resolving complex patient billing inquiries and problems**: Utilize your expertise to resolve complex billing issues, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely information. * **Providing excellent customer service**: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear, concise communication, ensuring that patients feel valued and supported. * **Ensuring positive patient experience on every interaction**: Foster a culture of empathy and understanding, ensuring that patients feel heard and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex. * **Processing patient payments and establishing payment plans**: Work closely with patients to understand their financial situations and develop personalized payment plans that meet their needs. * **Making outbound calls to collect outstanding patient balances**: Utilize your expertise to collect outstanding balances, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate information. * **Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails**: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure that patients receive timely and accurate information. * **Maintaining HIPAA compliance**: Ensure that all interactions with patients are conducted in accordance with HIPAA regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of patient information. * **Performing other duties as assigned**: Be flexible and adaptable, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and drive business success. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need: * **Strong customer service excellence**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on empathy, understanding, and resolution. * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and internal teams, with a and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * **One (1) year revenue cycle experience in a healthcare organization**: Proven experience working in a healthcare setting, with a focus on revenue cycle management and customer service. * **High School diploma**: A minimum of a high school diploma, with a focus on academic achievement and personal growth. * **Basic understanding of
