About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised, and to connect them with experts who can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. This role goes beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about making a positive impact on our customers' lives. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, ensuring a positive experience Clearly understand and respond appropriately to the issues that customers present, composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer Work a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School or equivalent diploma Previous experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on providing excellent support and resolving issues Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise responses to customer issues Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain environment, with knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a unique and dynamic work environment that is focused on customer obsession, ownership, inventiveness, and long-term thinking. You will be in contact with our warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance, and will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on customer obsession and ownership.
