About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Relationship Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound telephone calls, addressing insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities Promote digital self-service capabilities to our customers, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to manage their policies efficiently. Take ownership of every customer interaction, utilizing each touchpoint as an opportunity to build value and strengthen our brand. Assist customers over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and processes through our comprehensive training program. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment, navigating multiple programs and systems with ease. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent communication and empathy, are essential for building trust with our customers and colleagues. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Ability to work in a 100% remote environment, with a reliable high-speed broadband internet connection (minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100 Mbps). Strong attention to detail, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products and processes. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving complex issues. Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment, with a strong ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks effectively.
