Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as 100% remote contact center agents. As a contact center agent, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information, resolve issues, and address concerns. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, navigating through automated information systems, and utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, and other channels to provide information, resolve issues, and address concerns Transfer calls to the appropriate department, follow up on inquiries and complaints, and research billing and claims issues Act as a liaison between various departments to address customer concerns and provide resolutions Utilize computer systems to analyze customer situations, navigate through automated information systems, and perform data entry tasks Meet and exceed minimum quality scores, demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with the management team to perform other duties as assigned, including sorting incoming faxes, correspondence, and faxing transportation forms May be required to work overtime, flexible schedules, or change schedules as determined necessary by the business needs Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Work experience in a face-to-face or call center environment Experience multitasking between programs, completing data entry tasks, and navigating through system applications on a desktop computer or laptop Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work evenings and weekends due to business needs, and ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers Preferred Qualifications Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English and another language (Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish) Healthcare industry work experience, call center experience in a metrics-driven environment, or previous healthcare work experience interacting with members and/or providers Experience working in a corporate email system, navigating through automated information systems, and utilizing computer systems to analyze customer situations Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $34,091 - $52,000, depending on location and experience.
