**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Admin/Clerical Support for arenaflex**

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer property returns, managing repairs, and ensuring seamless communication with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution * Request and enter required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accurate records and documentation * Collaborate with repair technicians to prioritize repairs and meet schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Lead problem resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround * Complete repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are correct and sent to customers * Support activities that meet the KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business * Run reports, review detailed datasets, and recommend process changes to improve KPI delivery * Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals * Support other roles or tasks as requested by management **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry * Alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and report generation * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a similar industry, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Familiarity with repair management software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data entry and report generation * Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
