Job Overview We are seeking optimistic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our members, answering their questions, resolving concerns, and providing support to ensure they have a positive experience with our services. You will work in a remote environment, providing after-hours support to our members, and will be required to work a set schedule of Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts.
