Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of support and care. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about our service offerings. You will be the first point of contact for our members, and your exceptional communication skills and empathy will be essential in building trust and fostering positive relationships. Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date in a timely manner Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in our service delivery Input accurate trip data into our systems, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, adhering to our standards of excellence Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution Multitask effectively and efficiently, extracting necessary information from multiple systems to provide seamless support Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage, promoting awareness and understanding Work Schedule and Requirements This is a remote position, and you must reside in Virginia to be eligible. The shift schedule is Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, with four 10-hour shifts. You will be required to work from home, meeting the following technical and environmental requirements: High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 25MBPS and upload speed of 5MBPS Ability to directly hardwire to your modem Dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas, providing privacy and security for reviewing company-sensitive documents Attendance at 100% of training sessions, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with all system documentation in English Ability to type 35 words per minute or more Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems Knowledge of the healthcare or transportation industry Bilingual or multilingual skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
