Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or specific needs, ensuring that their travel experience is comfortable and enjoyable. Essential Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
