With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and employee development, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations and Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for: * Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting them with ticketing and baggage check-in processes * Ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding process, including making gate announcements and verifying customer travel documentation * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving any issues that may arise **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
