Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in our customers' travel experiences and be an ambassador for our brand. You will be responsible for managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process, providing clear and concise information to ensure a smooth travel experience. Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, as well as manage the check-in process and ensure that customers have the necessary documentation for travel. Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts, as well as handling items at floor level and waist level. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of safety and security. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve customer service goals and objectives, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work well under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or aviation environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Physical ability to lift and handle baggage, as well as stand for long periods of time.
