As a remote employee, you will be an integral part of our Telemed team, working closely with our agents, brokers, applicants, and clients to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative and Interviewer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Telemed team by assigning and completing incoming work within the same day. Your daily duties will include answering incoming telephones, handling complaints, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to act as a mentor to your teammates, providing training and assistance with special projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Interviews: + Obtain health history and personal information from clients applying for insurance + Promote professionalism and adhere to confidentiality agreements * Customer Service: + Supports the mission statement to develop, enhance, and promote quality customer service through team efforts + Exhibits flexibility, sensitivity, and respect, maintaining a working relationship with all team members * Training & Development: + Attends and participates in development programs + Maintain certification where applicable, and continue to improve skills + Cross-train to other positions as directed + Train teammates on new tasks, mentor new employees, and answer questions on process and system functionality * Professional Image: + Exhibits professional demeanor at all times while representing blithequark * Goals & Objectives: + Set goals and objectives for professional growth.
