As a Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract), you'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Key Responsibilities and Duties** As a Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract), you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining relationships with a select group of named accounts to ensure campaign success * Serving as a trusted advisor for our clients and being an expert in arenaflex offerings * Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and ensure clients are satisfied with the outcome * Collaborating with the Sales team from proposal to delivery, including identifying and ensuring delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects * Creating and coordinating account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and other recommendations * Being accountable for post-sale account management and driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, communication, and onboarding **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum two years of account management and/or customer success/service experience preferred * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 30+ clients at once * Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision * Strong problem resolution skills and proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues * Ability to work logically to diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate issues and recognize circumstances that require escalation * Comfortable using and learning software, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM, ticketing/tracking systems, etc. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a demand generation or account management role * Familiarity with arenaflex offerings and services * Experience working with CRM and ticketing/tracking systems * Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
