About the Role Join our dynamic team at blithequark as a Customer Service Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for customers needing support with airbag recalls, warranty questions, and technical troubleshooting. This is a high-impact role where your communication skills and attention to detail will help ensure customer safety and satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Handle 30–40 inbound calls per shift with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service and support. Schedule appointments for airbag recall services and provide dealership information, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience. Assist customers with warranty inquiries, radio code troubleshooting, and recall details, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns. Accurately document customer concerns and create support cases, ensuring that all issues are properly tracked and resolved. Resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate department for follow-up, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their problems. Collaborate with team members to share feedback and grow together, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Use multiple screens and software tools to efficiently manage customer interactions, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry. Essential Qualifications Strong customer service and call center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients. Ability to navigate computer systems and type at least 30 WPM, with excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Automotive or dealership experience is a huge plus, although not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the industry and our company's specific needs. College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience is welcome, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the automotive industry, including airbag recalls, warranty inquiries, and technical troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
