As the face of arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and confidence with our clients, and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. If you're a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms * Scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported * Presenting and explaining fees, and processing payments, with a focus on transparency and clarity * Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control) * Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring that every client's information is accurate and up-to-date * Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including removing animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times * Participating in team-building events, theme days, and other activities that promote a fun and engaging work environment **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the animal care industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care facility * Knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, and health * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * High level of emotional intelligence and empathy * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
