With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative – Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark's cargo customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise * Interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone to ensure their needs are met and exceeded * Processing cargo shipments, including receiving and verifying documentation, and ensuring timely delivery * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including tracking shipments and resolving any discrepancies * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on blithequark's products and services * Adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States * A valid driver's license * Basic digital literacy * Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds * Pass a physical ability test (PAT) * Must wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** While not required, having previous experience in cargo freight and warehouse operations, as well as typing/computer skills, will give you a competitive edge in this role. **Benefits and Perks** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting our employees' personal and professional growth.
