As a CMN Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and improving processes relative to the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of the reimbursement information requirements of our order processing activities. You'll work closely with our Director of Revenue to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a CMN Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing initial prescriptions for qualifying elements resulting in timely release of claims * Completing daily follow-up processes on all CMNs assigned within the WIP states/RC worklist * Reviewing possible renewal CMNs within the CMN review worklist * Managing the CMN renewal process and obtaining all necessary documentation * Handling all outstanding held revenue related to CMNs for branches assigned * Managing phone calls related to CMNs * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Detail and team-oriented * Effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills * Proven computer proficiency, including the use of multiple applications simultaneously * Knowledge of the HME/DME industry is preferred **What We Offer** At MSC, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive pay * Advancement opportunities * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * HSA account with company contribution * Pet insurance * Company-provided life and AD&D insurance * Short-term and long-term disability * Tuition reimbursement program * Employee assistance program (EAP) * Employee referral bonus program * 401(k) with matching program and Roth IRA * Company discounts * PayActive/on-demand pay * Paid vacation, sick days, you days, and holidays **Why Join Our Team?** At MSC, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and our employees.
