Job Overview In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional client experiences by providing compassionate support to clients navigating various post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications. You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with clients who reach out to us through inbound calls, chats, and messages. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about people, has excellent communication skills, and can think critically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach. Key Responsibilities Exhibit reliability: Participate and commit to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most. Handle a high volume of contacts: Manage an estimated 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced and highly structured environment with minimal downtime. Meet our superior performance bar: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in gathering client support efficiency metrics, and fulfill other duties as assigned. Professionally connect with clients: Build relationships with clients who reach out to us, working to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions. Listen effectively and show empathy: Actively listen to understand client concerns, leveraging internal resources to find the best solution to fully address their issue. De-escalate client concerns: Utilize your conflict resolution skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Issue tackle: Think systematically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts. Be educated and multitask: Navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and systems to quickly and effectively answer questions, with a strong foundation in computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs. Raise foundational issues: Identify areas where improvement is needed for arenaflex clients and offer suggestions to leadership, contributing to our continuous growth and development. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English and Spanish. You should also have a strong foundation in working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent, and be willing to commit to our 100% mandatory training program. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. A strong foundation in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs and systems with ease. A willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to continuous development and improvement.
