Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum high school diploma or GED 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Great communication skills, a love for talking to people, and the ability to WOW customers on every call A relentless drive to own the customer's problem and think outside the box to resolve issues creatively Ability to adapt to change, work well in a fast-paced environment, and multitask using technology At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. As a condition of employment, you will be required to attend our comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and expertise necessary to meet our customers' needs and excel in your role. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements This is a full-time position, with arenaflex's hours of operation spanning 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 365 days a year, including holidays. Work schedules are generally set for several months at a time but may be subject to change based on business needs. We also have periodic shift bids that help determine your work schedule. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year. In terms of physical requirements, this role involves general office demands, with the majority of time spent working at a desk, using a computer, and engaging in phone conversations. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this role is $14.04-$21.76, considering a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location.
