Your duties will include: Listening to our customers' concerns, solving problems, answering questions, and working with them to find a resolution while showing empathy and understanding Taking the initiative to truly understand our customers' current challenges, solving them, and using your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges Providing excellent verbal, written, and listening skills to ensure that our customers feel heard and valued Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and multi-tasking using technology to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service Note that this position does not involve cold calling or outbound calls related to solicitations, contract upgrades, or sales of any kind. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum high school diploma or GED 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with our customers Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Great communication skills, a love for talking to people, and the ability to WOW our customers on every call A relentless drive to own the customer's problem and the ability to think outside the box to resolve them Ability to adapt to change and work well in a team environment At blithequark, we provide a paid comprehensive training program to equip you with the tools and knowledge to meet our customers' needs. As a condition of employment, you must attend all the required training to achieve an optimal learning experience and qualify for this role. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements This is a full-time job, and blithequark's hours of operation are 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 365 days per year, including holidays. Work schedules are generally set for several months at a time but are subject to change based on business needs. We have periodic shift bids that help determine your work schedule, and interested candidates must have a reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility to work varying schedules throughout the year. The physical requirements of this job are typical of a general office environment, with the ability to sit, stand, and move around as needed. You will be required to use a computer and other technology to perform your duties, and you must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Pay Range and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.04-$21.76, considering a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location.
