You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries, update our database with accurate information, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in delivering high-quality service and meeting our key performance standards. **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat * Interact with customers through various methods of communication, including phone, email, and chat * Follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery * Update our database with accurate information, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure * Appropriately handle challenging and unique customer situations in accordance with company standards * Identify and escalate data or program-specific issues to the appropriate level of management * Meet or exceed company key performance standards and quality objectives * Work as an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the department's ability to consistently meet and exceed Contact Center performance goals * May be responsible for multiple programs and working cross-functionally through programs **Requirements** * Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work * Multi-tasking skills, including the ability to toggle between multiple computer windows * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Meet certification requirements * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information * Familiarity with or an ability to understand and utilize a database and Microsoft Office programs * Working knowledge of computers and user-level troubleshooting capabilities * Must be able to pass a background check * High-speed internet test will be required during the onboarding process to ensure you're set up for success **Technical Requirements** * Must have a DSL or Cable internet connection already at your home with an ethernet cable connection * Minimum internet speed of 20 MBPS * No cell phone hotspots or Wi-Fi * Windows 10 Operating System * 8 GB Ram * 100 GB Hard drive * USB port on your computer for Headset * USB headset **Location** This position is remote, and you must be located in Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, or Tennessee. **Hiring Process** Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of our background process. blithequark will consider employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with local and federal requirements. **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer and strictly adheres to ethical standards for selling by telephone.
