If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. * Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and easy-to-shop manner. * Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using our POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any concerns or issues that may arise. * Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives. **Position Requirements** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred. * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns. * Developing Potential: Identify opportunities to develop and improve processes, products, and services to enhance the customer experience. * Results Driven: Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, contributing to the overall success of our stores. * Strong Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. * Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language. * Problem Solving/Decision Making: Respond promptly to customer concerns and issues, using sound judgment and decision-making skills. * Job Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions, using this knowledge to provide exceptional customer service. * Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
