Job Overview In this role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with pharmacy customers to address their concerns and provide solutions. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues. Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide exceptional service while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. What You'll Need to Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment : A background in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Excellent communication skills : The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and think critically : A strong problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed : A willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and work schedules. Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license : A requirement for this role, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, we're looking for candidates who: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and regulations.
