Key Responsibilities: Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued in our store. Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring that our customers have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organize merchandise, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintaining a high level of efficiency and productivity. Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that our products are always available and easily accessible to our customers. Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using our POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Remain constantly aware of customer activity, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all our customers. Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the effective and profitable operation of our store. The following requirements are essential for this position: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service at all times.
