Ensure complete satisfaction throughout the entire customer experience, from initial contact to follow-up and beyond. Receive customer feedback regarding our products, services, and sign-up process, relaying this information to upper management to improve the customer experience and drive business growth. Attend daily meetings and training sessions to build upon your product knowledge, learn new customer service tactics, and stay up to date on available promotions and initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: Essential Qualifications 1-3 years of successful sales, customer service, cold-calling, or client relations experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
