Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls, providing exceptional service and solutions to resolve issues efficiently Leverage active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the organization Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve common goals and objectives Utilize leading technologies and systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven approach to solving problems and meeting goals. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
