Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Leverage active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and provide personalized support Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn and driving sales growth Utilize leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals. You will be driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be familiar with Microsoft Office tools. Experience in customer service and sales is essential, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. You will also require excellent Internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!). A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates is essential, and wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems. Additionally, you will need a Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications.
