Our stores are the heart of our operations, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and help us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers. * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly. * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation. **Position Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * **Experience**: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations. * **Physical Requirements**: You should be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height.
