Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial processes and attention to detail. Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with technology.
