Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in a customer service or communications role, with a consistent track record of working independently to complete a high volume of customer cases. You should be proficient in the use of web-based products, MS Office, and CRM systems, with basic knowledge of the real estate industry being preferred but not required.
