Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and utilize a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications, to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Provide high levels of customer account management, including setting up and maintaining account information and data, to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions Handle administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks related to asset and inventory controls and purchasing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
