About the Role As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails. You will handle a large number of contacts, approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, in a fast-paced and structured environment. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and take ownership of resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
