Job Overview As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a large volume of customer contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails. You will work in a fast-paced and structured environment, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently. Your primary goal will be to provide professional customer engagement, actively listening to customers' concerns, and using internal resources to find the best solutions to fully resolve their problems.
