Job Overview The Customer Service Advisor role at blithequark is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements. Your primary goal will be to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding our client's product or services. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to the customer Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy, and maximize opportunities to build rapport with the customer Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance Offer additional products and/or services to customers Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred. You should be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, have strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, and be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Additionally, you should be dependable with strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, and able to adapt to changes quickly.
