Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations. Comfortable using computers and customer-facing software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, with previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
