Job Overview We are excited to announce that our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Orlando area. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience. Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups. Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. Offer solutions and support to help our members better understand their coverage and options. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience. Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications. A High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner. Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life. Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards. Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence. Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism. Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills. At least 6 months of health care experience.
