This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the company and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be on providing education and guidance to help members understand their benefit and find the right provider. You'll also be responsible for: * Following best practices for handling member inquiries and suggesting improvements as needed * Maintaining a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite * Relaying member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution * Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs * Maintaining a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about helping people solve their problems.
