With a focus on digital threat intelligence and support, you will be at the forefront of the latest technologies and trends, with opportunities to learn and grow with the company. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services * Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers * Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable * Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision * Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly * Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges * Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service * Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy * Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner * Following all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a CTI (Digital Threat Intelligence) role * Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover * Experience in partnering with various stakeholders, including leaders * US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance (or equivalent) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities * Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues * Ability to communicate complex information from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings * Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to take complex, uncertain points, construct procedures, and influence partners * A fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex (a plus) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Ongoing training and development in digital threat intelligence and support * Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and trends * Collaborative and dynamic team environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
