Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions. Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. One or more years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role. The willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Experience working in a commission-based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a retail or sales environment. Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic computer skills and proficiency in sales and customer service software. What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you can expect: A competitive yearly salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as individual incentives.
