Your primary goal will be to retrieve medical records via various means, including fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access, or scheduling a visit at the provider location. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
