We treat our customers like family, offering great value, exceptional customer service, and education to make customers confident in their decision to do their own repairs. **Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have direct interaction with customers via email/chat, recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments. Your goal will be to ensure happy customers who will buy from us again! **Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative** * Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills when responding to customer questions and concerns. * Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers and improve customer satisfaction with products. * Learn software used by arenaflex to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products. * Experience in a high-volume environment, handling repetitive duties with a high volume of customer inquiries. * Collaborate with others in the group and in other departments to achieve common goals. **Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment /or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills are a must. * Proficient computer user and knowledge of the internet. * ASE Certified a plus. * Parts Counter or mechanics experience a plus. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all interactions. * Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
