About the Role The Exit Booth Agent position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. As the face of blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, supporting their rental needs, and offering company-approved services and products to enhance their experience. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the rental process efficiently and timely, verifying necessary driver information, and ensuring all rental documents are accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high level of customer service to customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience. Offer company-approved services and products to enhance the customer experience and facilitate the rental process. Verify all necessary driver information to ensure an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely. Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control. Provide additional service to premium members by offering refueling options and other benefits. Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image. Ensure the booth is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet customer needs. Provide undivided attention to customers, make eye contact, greet them, and thank them at the conclusion of transactions. Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information, and resolve customer service issues efficiently. Process returns as necessary and perform other customer service-related duties. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience, be at least 18 years old, and have a current and valid driver's license. You must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by blithequark now or in the future. Living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport and being able to work the specified schedule are also essential requirements. Essential Qualifications: At least 18 years old. Minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience. Current and valid driver's license. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport. Able to work the specified schedule: Monday, Wednesday 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, Saturday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with customers, colleagues, and management regularly. The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The starting pay for this position is $15.75 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $1,100 in monthly commission bonuses.
