Job Overview In this remote position, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails, as well as making outbound calls regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for students, parents, and borrowers seeking assistance with their federal student aid loans. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide top-notch support and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
