Job Overview In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a significant way every day to help others. As an FCA, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our financial services. You will be responsible for assisting clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping with withdrawals and loans, and providing education and resources to help them make informed decisions about their financial future. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, or other digital channels Answer client questions and provide education and resources to help them navigate our financial services Assist clients with account maintenance, withdrawals, and loans Develop and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure their financial needs are met Collaborate with other teams to resolve client issues and provide a seamless customer experience Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our financial services Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
