Your primary goal will be to increase and maintain high customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive. Your key responsibilities will include: * Performing inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Educating and building rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty * Consulting with customers to answer their questions and provide solutions to their problems * Helping to set up customer accounts and verifying banking and employment information * Processing customer payments and resolving any issues related to payment processing * Providing excellent service while achieving quality results **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: * High School Diploma or GED * Fluent in English * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * A cheerful and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations * Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications * Self-motivation and a willingness to improve skills and add value to the organization * Good attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals * Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to accurately process payments and resolve financial issues **Schedule and Hours** As a flexible work-from-home customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of schedules to suit your needs. Our call center hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with rotating every-other-Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
